Hazelwood’s school uniform consists of:
GRADES K-5: RED OR WHITE TOPS, KHAKI BOTTOMS
GRADE 6: YELLOW TOPS, KHAKI BOTTOMS
GRADE 7: LIGHT BLUE TOPS, KHAKI BOTTOMS
GRADE 8: BURGUNDY TOPS, KHAKI BOTTOMS
No tee shirts are to be worn as part of the outerwear uniform. Boys must wear a belt and their shirts must be tucked in at all times. Please reinforce the wearing of the school uniform at home.
Hoodies are not to be worn in classrooms and should be pt in lockers rpior to the beginning of the homeroom period. Chains and oversized belt buckles may not be worn to school for any reason. They will be confiscated and returned to parents at the end of the year.
Baltimore City Public School System’s Student Discipline Code states that “wearing or carrying electronic devices that are not medically prescribed” and “this includes beepers and cellular phones”, are illegal to have in possession during school. The Student Discipline Code also states that confiscated items “will be returned at the end of the semester” to the parent/guardian. Repeated offenses will result in the confiscation of the device until “the end of the year.”
Students should not use phones for any reason during school time or on school grounds. Other devices not allowed in school which are subject to confiscation are:

· “IPODS”
· Handheld games such as
